Jim Bondi
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Jim has shared E-Finity’s vision as a leader in distributed and onsite power generation. He joined the E-Finity team in 2007 as the first employee and has aggressively sought to position the company as a leader in both innovation and customer satisfaction. With an expansive knowledge of cutting edge technology Jim was instrumental in developing ERMS, a custom remote monitoring system as well as E-Finity’s mTIM line of control systems. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family at their Southern West Virginia home as well as camping and riding ATVs.
Jeff Beiter
Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey Beiter has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s founding in 1990 as a Mid-Atlantic energy services company. In 2007, Mr. Beiter established E-Finity Distributed Generation, LLC to promote onsite power generation utilizing Capstone Turbines. Building a team of skillful and talented professionals, Mr. Beiter has propelled this power generation technology to a new level growing his power plant fleet to more than 750 turbines providing standalone power, combined heat and power, and perfect balance microgrids. He has deployed power plants with the nation’s most elite companies and organizations including, but not limited to, Viking Yacht, Dominion Gas Transmission, EQM Corporation, Mohawk Tile, Four Season Hotels, Firestone Building Products and many more.
Mr. Beiter was elected Chairman of Capstones Worldwide Distributor Council and holds many distinguished awards from Capstone. Mr. Beiter is a graduate of Temple University and resides with his family in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Tom McGeehan
Executive Vice President
Tom McGeehan serves as the Executive Vice President for E-Finity Distributed Generation, LLC. Tom joined the company in 2013 and oversees the company’s business development team. He and his team are focused on deploying cost effective distributed generation power plants throughout the company’s territory. Tom leverages his finance and energy background to ensure our customers arrive at the most efficient and valuable solutions. Since joining the energy market in 2007, he has worked to develop, finance, and construct over $100 million of distributed generation projects.
Tom is a graduate of Drexel University and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughters.
